Join us for a presentation about our exciting (and super cute!!) new turtle project starting across Jerrabomberra Wetlands and Mulligans Flat this Summer.   The goal of the project is to pilot “head-starting” the Eastern Long-necked Turtle populations in both reserves. As over 90% of turtle nests are raided by foxes, the idea of head-starting is to release hatchlings once they have made it through the high-risk nest stage.
