Art meets Science – school holiday activity

Series of 4 nature play based learning activities for kids these school holidays.

This workshop we are focussing on NESTS!

How do birds make a nest? Come and explore different types of birds nests. Explore the wetlands to find nests and look at how they are made, then we will make our own nest from natural materials. Everyone will take home a blown quail egg for their nature collection.

Age suitability 5-13. Please note children must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets $20 per child (includes 1 free adult).

Meeting place is 2 Dairy Rd Fyshwick, through the traffic calming devices until you get to a green mail box, gate and sign on your left saying Jerrabomberra Wetlands Offices. No paper ticket required.
